5. Orders & acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability

6. Shipping, Delivery & Click & Collect

7. Installation & fitting services
Where installation or fitting services are provided:
- Fitment is based on vehicle details supplied by the customer
- Customers must disclose any vehicle modifications, aftermarket accessories, or non-standard roof features
- Load limits are subject to the vehicle manufacturer’s roof load rating and the rack manufacturer’s limits, whichever is lower
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking fasteners and fittings regularly
- Using products in accordance with manufacturer instructions
- Removing roof racks where required (e.g. certain automatic car washes)
- We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect use, or non-approved modifications.
8. Returns, refunds & consumer guarantees
- Our returns and refunds policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law
- Faulty or defective products will be handled in accordance with ACL
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to conditions
- Custom orders, special-order items, and installed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Installation labour costs are non-refundable once services have been completed, except where required by law
9. Warranties
- Manufacturer warranties apply to products sold
- Warranty claims are assessed in accordance with manufacturer terms
- Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- We will assist customers with warranty claims where possible.
